The SureCare 90 Degree Padded Night Splint can be used as a post operative splint for, Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis. It is also used for plantar flexion contractures, heel spurs, drop foot, post-static pain and other foot and ankle conditions. The 90 Degree Padded Night Splint is universal, designed to fit either your left or right foot. This splint is also designed to prevent tears in fibrous tissue that occur after a night of rest. The splint is constructed of a rigid core shell with a replaceable soft padded breathable exterior cover.

What is Plantar fasciitis? Plantar Fasciitis (Heel Pain, Foot Pain) is a common, painful foot condition. Plantar Fasciitis occurs because of irritation to the thick ligamentous connective tissue that runs from the heel bone to the ball of the foot.  Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis may be worse early in the morning after sleep. At that time, the arch tissue is tight and simple movements stretch the contracted tissue. As you begin to loosen the foot, the pain usually subsides, but often returns with prolonged standing or walking. Night splints are worn to keep the heel stretched out while you sleep. This prevents the arch of the foot from contracting at night which helps reduce the morning pain.

    Almost perfect

Posted by Unknown on 11th Mar 2017

It fits perfectly and it works for its intentions. However, the Velcro comes off and I had to reglue it and I've only had it under a week. Maybe better Velcro? Maybe much, much, much better Velcro.

The splint fit well and is quite comfortable

Posted by Charles on 10th Feb 2017

The splint fit well and is quite comfortable. It will keep your foot in the desired position. I'm an ultrarunner with minor heel issues that result in considerable morning stiffness. Less discomfort getting moving in the morning after wearing it.

Just what the doc ordered! I put this boot on right after a 10 minute ultrasound (1mhz Premium Portable) treatment and head to bed. Much better in the mornings...

    Night Splint 90 Degree

Posted by Unknown on 30th Sep 2016

Splint is nicely padded and comfortable and also love that it's Velcro for the straps and not plastic clips. I realize it is for sleeping, but I do wear it around the house and it would be nice if the bottom was not material and it had some type of thin vinyl or rubber on the bottom so it would not get dirty walking around the house. Even if you could make a removable layer for the bottom.

Very comfortable and easy to put on, love them

Unfortuately the doctor's assistant fitted me with a boot that had clicks in three sections on the outer sides of the boot. Once home I discovered that I could not click it, and because of the angle and with my lower back problem it now created another problem for me with worse back pain. I went online and located this site and purchased two boots which I can easily put on and I couldn't be happier, wish I hadn't just accepted what was offered at the doctor's office but was in need of relief of pain.
The service from BraceMart was excellent, fast, and will return to them with future needs
