Returns

Return Policy

Those refundable product returns authorized by Bracemart must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition and must include original packing material.

Bracemart will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge on the product cost.

 Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling costs if applicable.

 Returns must be authorized in writing by Bracemart. Not receiving an RMA or written authorization for a return will result in a 35% restocking fee, no exceptions!

 Returns received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded.

  You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks after receipt by Bracemart. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please know that certain item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene and for consumer safety reasons.

  • All special order items
  • “Opened” Personal care items
  • Post-operative shoes
  • Hosiery and socks
  • Cold therapy units and accessories
  • Diabetic ulcer care items
  • “Opened” Skin care products
  • Compression shorts
  • Pillows of ALL types
  • Respiratory items including but not limited to: Oxygen & CPAP Masks and tubing, Compressors & Nebulizers
  • Electro and Ultrasound therapy products – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Any item in NON-RESELLABLE condition

Bracemart utilizes sizing charts provided by the manufacturer of the product, see product listing. If for some reason the sizing is not correct, we can assist you with making an exchange.  Customers are responsible for shipping both ways if there is a sizing issue with the product.

International Return Policy

Products shipped internationally may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer care department by email at admin@brace-mart.com and we will reply to within 24 hours. If you need to contact us immediately please contact our English speaking customer care team at 440.353.2830 Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EDT.
