Click on My Account located at the top of the page in the navigational bar just under the BraceMart logo. Then click on "Click Here To Create A New Account" Fill out your personal details and then click CREATE MY ACCOUNT. We do not disclose any of your personal information to anyone for any reason!

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

How do I use a coupon code?
Valid coupon codes can be used when placing an order online during checkout. When completing your order, you will have the opportunity to apply a coupon code accordingly; you will see the following:
Coupon codes do expire and are made available by signing up for our newsletter. We send weekly updates that include discounts, coupons, special promotions, new products and much much more!!

Do you offer a price match guarantee?
At BraceMart, we aim to offer the best prices every day, but there may be an occasion when a competitor offers an item for less.
We will gladly match our direct competitors’ prices on identical items that have been made valid for greater than 15 days and meet our price match conditions.
The competitor’s product must be identical to ours.
The manufacturer and model number must be identical.
We price match only for direct competitors.
Our direct competitors include those who sell products in retail stores, clinics, hospitals and online. We will also price match on any items sold by Amazon.com (but not by a third party on Amazon.com). Market place sellers on websites not their own and membership clubs are not considered direct competitors. BraceMart will follow any limitations and exclusions set by the competitor.
The item cannot be a clearance/closeout/sale item or similar.
BraceMart does not match prices on clearance items, closeouts, liquidation sales or pricing errors. Price match does not apply to items promoted as "limited time," "limited quantity," "while supplies last" or any similar language.
The item must be "first quality."
BraceMart does not match prices on seconds or refurbished items.
Quantities available for price match may be limited.
BraceMart reserves the right to limit quantities on a price match.

My order arrived damaged... What should I do?
We work diligently to insure that your order, when received, arrives in perfect condition! There are times, however, when damage may occur during it's road/air trip to you.
If you receive a product which has arrived broken, missing, or for whatever reason is not what YOU expect please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) so we can work on a solution to the problem and help to replace your order.
Please keep ALL packing materials (including product box, if it came with one). The only way credits or replacements may be authorized is by returning the entire package to us.
- We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, but very occasionally, mistakes do occur in fulfilling orders. If you find this is the case, contact us immediately (no longer than 7 days of receipt of the order) and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.
What are your methods of payment?
Apple Pay is simple to use and works with the devices you use every day. Easily pay with your debit cards and credit cards with just a touch. And because your card details are never shared by Apple when you use Apple Pay, making payments with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac is the safer, more private way to pay.
BraceMart accepts all HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flex Spending Account) cards.
You can also pay by check or money order.

What is your return policy?
BraceMart offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. You may return most new, unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned in unsalable condition, or for "refund only." If your return is for an exchange item, BraceMart will waive the restock fee accordingly.
Returns MUST be authorized in writing by BraceMart. Not receiving an RMA for a return will result in a 35% restocking fee, no exceptions!
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks after receipt by BraceMart. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please know that certain item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene and for consumer safety reasons. See list of NON REFUNDABLE items as follows:
- All special order items
- “Opened” Personal care items
- Post-operative shoes
- Hosiery and socks
- Cold therapy units and accessories
- Diabetic ulcer care items
- “Opened” Skin care products
- Compression shorts
- Pillows of ALL types
- Respiratory items including but not limited to: Oxygen & CPAP Masks and tubing, Compressors & Nebulizers
- Electro and Ultrasound therapy products – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Any item that has been opened and tried on or used – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Any item in NON-RESELLABLE condition
BraceMart utilizes sizing charts provided by the manufacturer of the product, see product listing. If for some reason the sizing is not correct, we can assist you with making an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways if there is a sizing issue with the product.

Products shipped internationally may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
